At Recollect81, we specialize in vintage and pre-owned pieces. Due to the unique nature of these items, all sales are final.

Please review all photos, measurements, and item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. We make every effort to accurately represent the condition of each piece, including any flaws, signs of wear, repairs, or imperfections that may come with age.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect fit or sizing expectations

- Minor signs of vintage wear disclosed in the listing

- Color differences caused by screen settings

- Change of mind after purchase

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

- You receive the wrong item

- The item arrives significantly different from the description provided in the listing.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at recollect81@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier if necessary.
