Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of our pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Because each item is unique, orders cannot be replaced if lost in transit; however, we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating missing packages whenever possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.
